A) No Fix, No Fee Policy

If we are unable to fix your device or resolve your issue, you will not be charged for labor. This applies to all services.

Exceptions:

Diagnostic fees may apply for complex issues, data recovery attempts, or when customer approval was given for repairs that were subsequently unsuccessful.
