Computer Repairs & Solutions (“CRS”) operates www.computertechgb.com and may operate other websites. It is CRS’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Service/Confidentiality of Data on Customer Devices
Any information obtained about any customer during the course of either a CRS business inquiry or during a service for that customer will be kept private and confidential.  No information will be collected beyond what is necessary to accomplish the job at hand and to process payment upon job completion. No personal information will be sold or otherwise provided to third parties for the purpose of advertising or sales. We take precautions to protect your information. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing, repair or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

CRS and its employees agrees not to disclose to a third party any information or data files stored on or recovered from the customers’s equipment during the service or repair. CRS will never transfer or copy data on a customer’s device to any other equipment without customer’s express consent or unless the operation is required to complete the services requested by the customer.

Website Visitors
Like most website operators, CRS collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. CRS’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how CRS’s visitors use its website. From time to time, CRS may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Information Collected By and From Social Media and Other Content Platforms If you access CRS through a third-party connection or log-in (e.g., through a social network), you may allow us to have access to and store certain information in your social network profile.  This may include your first name, last name, gender, general location, a link to your profile, your time zone, birthday, profile picture, your “likes” and your list of friends.  If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not use a social networking connection to access CRS.  For a description on how social networking sites handle your information, please refer to their privacy policies and terms of use, which may permit you to modify your privacy settings.  If you signed up using a social media log-in by mistake, you may be able to delete your account through your account settings.

When you “like” or “follow” us on Facebook, Google+, Twitter or other social media sites, we may collect some information from you including your name, e-mail address, and any comments or content you post relevant to us. We may also collect your information if you sign up for one of our promotions or submit information to us through social media sites.

CRS may also provide social media features on our website that enable you to share information with your social networks and to interact with us on various social media sites. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature.
