Computer Repairs & Solutions LLC strives to ensure that its digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. I have invested significant resources to help ensure accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

Browser Accessibility

Major web browsers contain built-in web content accessibility tools. For more information on what’s possible, see: Although I have designed our website to be compatible with assistive technologies and major web browsers, individuals may encounter challenges where we cannot control or remedy the way content is portrayed. For instance, third-party applications, CMS limitations, or a user’s assistive technology may present accessibility barriers.

Website accessibility is ADA / WCAG 2.2 compliant. A 100% audit score is fully compliant and 90% – 99% highly accessible. The audit score for Computer Repairs & Solutions LLC from Accessibility Checker was 95%, shown above. The site has passed all automated tests. Automated audit technology can only detect approximately 30% of WCAG issues. The other 70% has to be manually reviewed with keyboard and screen reader software like (VOICE-OVER, JAWS, and NAVDA), and marked as resolved. This ensures nothing important was missed.

An accessibility overlay plugin from Userway was removed. People with disabilities often have a negative experience with overlays. They are not a solution. You can think of it as a bandaid for a shark bite. Computer Repairs & Solutions LLC won’t use an overlay. The web site code will have to be tweaked for accessibility.
