With this “Questions & Answer” type service, we do not fix the problem for you. Rather, we only offer how-to instructions or advice.
If you want us to fix the issue, consider one of our Remote Support offers.
We offer remote computer repair services and online tech support in Green Bay, WI and the surrounding areas (view map), as well as nationwide across the United States.
Remote support requires a working internet connection. Installing a remote client program on your system allows us to connect to the remote server in our shop.
Additionally, please note that we cannot connect to your system anonymously. A pop-up appears when the connection is made, allowing you to see what we are doing, as we work to resolve your tech issue.
