Average drop off/remote repair is $70. Minimum $40. Upper end is $100-$130. Maximum for residential is $200.
Hardware costs not included.

We can pick-up your computer at your home/business if you can't drop it off. Travel time will be charged but you'll save money compared to on-site costs.

On-site repair is always the most expensive service since the total time there is billed. For drop-offs/remote jobs, we don't have to be at your computer 100% of the time while it's installing, scanning, and testing things out. As a example, computer time might be 3 hours while billed technician time is 1.25 hours. That is the difference between on-site and drop-off/remote costs. We can do a lot more at the office! At your house/business, there is only so many tasks we can do at once since the computer might be running slow or it'll lock/freeze up if we try.
